The person receiving the flowers
Agree the contact and what should happen if nobody is there to receive the arrangement. Share any delivery details directly through the studio’s appropriate process.
Flower selection & changes
Ask which preferences can be agreed, how substitutions are discussed and what the process is if the date or scope changes. The website does not set a universal policy.
Keep the price basis clear.
