Wedding flowers

Begin with the people,
the place and the feeling.

A bouquet, a ceremony space, a table shared with friends: each can be part of the same flower brief. Talk about the occasion as a whole before deciding on the individual pieces.

Share your preferred date, broad venue context and the parts you would like to discuss. The actual studio must confirm its availability and proposed scope.

The pieces to consider

A brief that joins the details together.

Flowers to carry

Bouquets and small personal flower pieces. Confirm quantities, palettes, scale, handling and any additional pieces with the studio.

Flowers for the room

Table arrangements or ceremony pieces. Discuss dimensions, sightlines, vessels, placement and what the venue permits.

The practical scope

Delivery, on-site setup, installation, collection and hire are separate items to agree. Do not assume they are included with an arrangement.

Before an estimate

Bring the useful information.

  • The preferred date and the main timings you know.
  • The venue or type of space, and the person responsible for access.
  • The pieces and approximate quantities you want to discuss.
  • A palette direction and a proposed budget range to agree privately.
  • Questions about transport, setup, hire, changes and next steps.
