Good things, made for sharing.

Bring something to the gathering.

Breakfast tables, small meetings and shared occasions. Start with the people and the plan.

Catering

One table.
A few more questions.

A breakfast at work needs different details from a cake at home. This catering concept gives the conversation a useful starting point without pretending there is a live menu or delivery service.

Share the preferred date, approximate group size and the kind of gathering. The bakery can then discuss whether the request fits its actual capacity and arrangements.

Build the brief, then the proposal.

1. The gathering.

Give a date, general location, approximate numbers and serving time. Explain whether the food is for a meeting, a celebration or a shared breakfast.

2. The food.

Ask what can be offered, in what quantities, and with what written ingredient and allergen information. Confirm all specific requirements directly.

3. The handover.

Agree whether collection or another arrangement is available. Confirm packaging, transport responsibilities, the total price and the applicable terms.

What a written agreement should cover.

Ask for an itemised description, quantities, the final total and any additional charges. The serving date and handover time should be explicit, along with payment and cancellation arrangements.

This template includes an email draft only. It does not calculate a catering quote, take payment, confirm capacity or offer a delivery radius.
