Strength Foundations.

An introduction to the space, the equipment and a shared session.

Get familiar with the session.

Strength Foundations is a sample small-group class built around a clear beginning, a coach-led main session and time for questions at the end.

The real studio should explain the equipment, session approach and any options before you take part. This page describes the class format; it does not provide personal training advice or tell you which exercises or weights to use.

The shape of the class

  1. Meet & get oriented. Find the class space, meet the person leading it and ask how the session will run.
  2. Follow the coached session. The instructor explains the planned activities and equipment. Ask for clarification as needed.
  3. Finish & ask questions. Leave time to understand the next step, equipment return and any follow-up arrangements.

Before you attend

Confirm the time, meeting point, what to bring and how the studio handles first-time participants. Ask the team how information needed for participation should be provided through its appropriate process.

What this page includes
