Garden Kitchen

A ground-floor renovation concept, organised around cooking, storage and the everyday route to the table.

The photographs illustrate separate interiors. They are not before/after images or documentation of this fictional project.

ONE ROOM.
MORE WAYS TO USE IT.

The brief is to make the kitchen and dining area work as one part of the home, with useful preparation space, accessible storage and a place to sit away from the cooking route.

Decisions before the site starts

Confirm appliance sizes, electrical and plumbing positions, ventilation requirements and the finished floor build-up. Cabinet dimensions need to be checked against the actual room rather than assumed from a drawing.

Coordinating the work

Prepare protection and access, complete the agreed enabling work, coordinate first-fix services, then inspect before closing surfaces. Follow with finishes, fitted furniture and final connections by the responsible trades.

A complete handover

Record outstanding items, product information, care instructions and applicable inspection or commissioning documents. Agree how follow-up questions will be handled.
