The rooms beyond your room

A house to spend
a little time in.

The sitting room

The house is imagined with a common room for the parts of the day between going out and turning in. There’s somewhere to read, make plans, or sit with a cup of tea.

Nothing needs to be an occasion. You can borrow a book, settle by the window, or ask for a suggestion for the afternoon.

Start downstairs.

Breakfast is a small, seasonal spread: bread and preserves, fruit, yoghurt, oats, and something warm from the kitchen.

Please mention dietary requirements when enquiring. The menu and timings are examples for the template, not an offer from a real kitchen.

A few house notes

Children & additional guests

The House Suite example accommodates up to three guests. Confirm ages, sleeping arrangements and any additional charges directly with your real accommodation provider.

Pets

Add your actual pet policy here. The demonstration does not imply that animals are accepted by a real property.

Quiet evenings

This guesthouse concept is intended for quiet stays. Replace the sample house rules with your actual policies and explain them before booking.
