Planned roof care

Documented observations and an agreed maintenance scope.

Brick and timber house with a snow-dusted tiled roof

The details

Planned roof care starts with an agreed visit scope. We record visible condition, previous repairs and areas that need further investigation, while making clear which parts of the roof could not be reached or assessed. Existing records help build a more useful picture over time.

Follow-up notes separate observations from proposed work. We can discuss priorities and an appropriate review arrangement for the property; there is no single inspection interval that suits every building. Roof access and any maintenance work must be planned separately by the people responsible for it.

What this covers

  • Visit-scope checklist
  • Condition record structure
  • Prioritised follow-up notes

What to discuss first

  • What roof records are already available?
  • Which areas need particular attention?
  • Who will review the findings and approve follow-up work?

This is an illustrative service outline. Exact scope, availability, timing and any fees must be confirmed directly before making arrangements.
