Tell us where the problem has appeared, what covering is on the roof and whether repairs have been carried out before. Existing photographs and reports can help us understand the enquiry before discussing an assessment. Please take any new photographs from a safe position on the ground.
We define the repair area, proposed materials and access arrangements before work is agreed. Concealed defects and work outside that area are treated separately, with any additional findings discussed before the scope changes. A local repair is not a guarantee for the whole roof.
