A practical approach to the everyday clean.

Room-based scopes and clear arrangements before the next step.

About Clearwell

Start with the work you need.

A regular visit, an office scope and an empty-property clean ask different questions. The rooms, surfaces and preparation should be discussed alongside the proposed timing and estimate.

Our fictional company concept brings those details into the open. You can read two full example scopes, explore other service descriptions and mark the room topics you want to discuss.

Clearwell is a demonstration business. No staff identities, insurance, vetting, credentials, reviews, trading history or completed-work results are claimed.

What should be clear

Useful details before a visit.

  1. Scope

    Name the rooms and tasks.

Distinguish the agreed accessible areas from appliances, specialist work or other tasks that need separate discussion.

  2. Preparation

    Make the work areas ready.

Ask what needs to be clear and which arrangements must be confirmed directly. Do not put private access information in this demonstration.

  3. Communication

    Know the next contact.

Ask how the estimate is explained, what visit terms apply and who can answer a practical question about the proposed work.

A conversation, not a calculator

Discuss what changes the scope.

Space, condition, agreed tasks, preparation and visit frequency can all affect what a provider proposes. This template offers no automatic quote or fixed time allowance.

The checklist is a practical way to organise questions. It does not submit household information or become a contract or a report of completed work.
