First time? Start with a conversation.

A few practical details help you arrive knowing what to expect.

Your first appointment

You can start
with an idea.

A regular tidy-up, a different shape or a colour you would like to explore: describe what you have in mind and ask the salon which appointment makes sense.

Before confirming a visit, ask about the consultation, the preparation required by that salon, the appointment length and the full estimate.

Before you arrive

Three things to have clear.

  1. 01

    The appointment

Confirm which service is planned, how long to allow and who you should ask for when you arrive.

  2. 02

    The full estimate

Check what is included, what is extra and how a change to the proposed scope will be discussed.

  3. 03

    The practical details

Ask about preparation, the actual address, access and any communication arrangements you need.

A few questions before you come.

I’m unsure which service to choose. What should I do?

Start with a general enquiry and ask the salon to explain the choices. A consultation may be the right first appointment. The website does not assess your hair or recommend a personal treatment.

Are the prices and timings current?

No. These are illustrative starting prices and appointment lengths for a fictional salon. The publishing salon must replace them with accurate information and confirm your estimate.

What should I confirm before a colour appointment?

Ask the actual salon for its consultation, preparation and timing requirements before making arrangements. This template does not provide a universal policy or collect information needed for the salon’s own process.

Does a colour appointment include a cut or finish?

The sample colour prices cover application only. Cutting, finishing and additional work are separate unless expressly agreed with the actual salon.

Can I confirm an appointment on this website?

The default form prepares an email draft only. No appointment or availability is confirmed. A salon may configure its external booking-provider link, where that provider’s own terms apply.

How do cancellations and access arrangements work?

Ask the salon to explain its cancellation terms, any charges, building entrance and available support. The sample address and photographs do not verify a real location.

Should I include medical details or upload photographs?

No. The general enquiry only asks for a service and preferred day/time. Ask the salon how any additional information should be provided through its appropriate process.
