Work through the details.

A private film evening, a presentation or a small gathering will each need a different conversation. Tell the operator about your idea before assuming a format will work.

No capacity, equipment, catering, access provision or hire rate is verified by this demonstration. Dates and arrangements must be agreed directly.

A useful first brief

What is the occasion?

Describe your event type, preferred date range, approximate audience size and the part of the day you have in mind.

What will be on screen?

Explain the format and ask what permissions and technical checks are required. A personal media copy does not establish public exhibition rights.

What does the group need?

Ask about actual seating, access, sound, presentation equipment and staffing. Confirm all provisions and charges in writing.
