A little time, well spent. Before your first visit ↗

Before you arrive

Your first visit, without the guesswork.

A few useful things to agree before setting off. Print this guide if it helps.

Before you leave home

What to pack

For a pool visit, bring swimwear and a dry layer for travelling home. Ask whether a robe, towel and appropriate poolside footwear are included or should be brought with you. Keep valuables to a minimum and confirm locker arrangements.

When you arrive

Allow the arrival time agreed with the operator. Ask where to change, how to find the treatment room and how the visit window works. A treatment-only appointment may have different arrival arrangements from a spa day.

Before a treatment

Ask the operator to explain the treatment, products, privacy and timing. Use its appropriate private channel for any suitability discussion. This demonstration does not collect or assess health information.

Common visit questions

Can I book online?

This demonstration prepares an email enquiry only. The operator must confirm availability, treatment suitability, price and arrangements directly.

What should I bring?

For the sample spa day, bring swimwear, a spare dry layer and any personal items you need. Confirm towels, robe sizing and footwear arrangements with the operator before visiting.

Can I visit with a group?

Ask first. Group size, quiet-space arrangements and treatment availability should be agreed directly; the website does not reserve places.

What if my plans change?

Request the operator’s current cancellation and amendment terms before agreeing to a booking. No cancellation period or refund entitlement is set by this demonstration.
