Workshop scope
Explain what an inspection or service includes, how extra work is agreed and what the customer should bring. Avoid presenting a sample service as a diagnosis.
Shop visits and enquiries
Keep the address, opening arrangements and contact route visible. Booking slots, payments and stock need an operational system behind the design.
