Our roastery

A closer look at the Lark coffee concept: clear coffee information, useful tasting language and a welcoming café.

Coffee, with a little care

Room for everyday favourites.

Lark is built around a familiar idea: a café that takes its coffee seriously and makes everyone feel comfortable asking questions.

Our sample range covers a medium house blend, a brighter filter option, a decaf concept and a darker espresso. These are starting points for a real roastery to make its own.

What belongs on a coffee label?

01

The actual coffee

Publish verified origin, producer, variety and processing details where known. A blend’s components may change, so keep the information current.

02

A useful description

Give roast level, intended brewing methods, weight and price. Tasting notes describe perceived flavour; they are not an ingredient or allergen declaration.

03

A practical starting point

Offer a brew recipe, storage guidance and a contact route. Confirm any decaffeination method and product-specific details with the actual supplier.

Coffee equipment and seating in a separate café setting

Good coffee is a conversation.

Tell the real café how you brew at home, what you tend to enjoy and whether you drink it with milk. That’s often a more useful starting point than choosing by roast alone.
