Coffee for your place

A practical wholesale enquiry outline for cafés, workplaces and hospitality: coffee, quantities, equipment and supply questions to discuss.

At your counter, too

Let’s talk about
your coffee service.

A café, office or guest table each needs something different. Start with how you serve coffee, the equipment you have and the amount you expect to use.

This sample page sets out a useful first conversation. It does not promise supply, equipment, training, delivery areas or agreed wholesale terms.

Bring a few details.

01

Your service

What kind of venue is it? Tell us your town, how coffee is served, whether it is with milk, and your intended opening or supply date.

02

Your volume & equipment

Estimate kilograms per week or month and name the machine and grinder you already use. Label estimates clearly rather than treating them as an order.

03

Your questions

Ask about current coffees, pack sizes, pricing, minimum quantities, lead times and payment terms. Discuss any equipment or training separately.

Agree the details before starting.

Sampling, recurring supply, service support, equipment ownership and delivery charges need a separate written agreement with the actual supplier. A form submission here only prepares an email draft that you can review.
