Before choosing a package
A package is a commitment to a total amount of lesson time. Ask how that time is scheduled, recorded and used, and whether the arrangement suits your plans.
- When does unused time expire?
- Are unused hours refundable, and on what terms?
- Can lesson length or transmission be changed?
- What happens if either party cancels?
Get the full written terms.
