Plan the practical details.

Before visiting a real shop, confirm its address, current hours and any arrangements needed to bring a bicycle inside.

If you have access requirements, ask about the entrance, internal circulation and available assistance. This sample does not claim step-free access or facilities that have not been verified.

Workshop drop-offs and test rides would need separate confirmation. Sending an enquiry does not make a booking or reserve a bicycle.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth asking.

Can I buy one of these bikes?

The six bicycles are original fictional concepts with illustrative prices. This demo has no shop checkout or live stock. Replace them with accurate authorised records for a real retailer.

Does an enquiry book a workshop slot?

No. The form only prepares a draft in your email app. The actual shop would need to agree acceptance, scope, price, drop-off and collection details separately.

Can you tell me the right frame size?

This template does not prescribe fit or frame size. Ask a real shop to explain the actual geometry and discuss suitable assessment.

Are parts included in the service figure?

The sample Everyday Service labour figure excludes replacement parts. Any real estimate should explain what is included and how extra work is approved.

Can I describe a mechanical concern by email?

You can describe what you have noticed, but this website does not diagnose a fault or assess whether a bike is safe. An email is not an inspection or repair instruction.

What should I confirm before travelling?

The actual address, opening hours, access arrangements and any agreed bike or workshop visit details. All visit details here are fictional.
