About Clearwell Cleaning

Clearwell Cleaning is a nine-page home and office cleaning template with a classic service-company structure, local Nunito Sans/Roboto and separate pages for scope, preparation and area information. Two complete service details and a room checklist support a general estimate enquiry without turning sample scopes into a fixed package.

Best suited to: Independent home and small-office cleaning businesses that need practical scope descriptions and a clear first-enquiry route.

What’s in the design

  • Services contains six illustrative scopes in home, office and one-off categories. Category controls announce six/all or two per category and reset to all.
  • Regular Home Cleaning and End-of-Tenancy Cleaning each have a complete service detail. Four additional scopes explain a home refresh, office cleaning, shared-space care and a one-off visit in the directory.
  • The checklist has five room groups with four points each: twenty temporary scope items. A room selector narrows the visible group, checked totals include the whole list, and clear resets every point.
  • The print layout expands all room groups and hides navigation/actions, making the full checklist usable even when a room is filtered on screen. It is a discussion aid, not a completed-cleaning certificate.
  • Areas & FAQs contains six clearly labelled sample areas with text search, count, empty state and reset. It is static information, with no postcode lookup, live boundary or availability check.
  • Contact preselects allowed service, frequency and sample area values. A strictly future preferred date is optional. Required name/email use native validation. Fixed approximate-space and enquiry-purpose choices keep the first enquiry general; no free-text household intake is collected.

Verified page layouts

These 9 pages are included in both archives. Each link opens the live preview.

How cleaning company enquiries work

The form prepares an encoded email draft; the visitor reviews and sends it using an email application. Nothing is sent, stored, scheduled or quoted by the website. Replace [email protected] before publishing.

Service, frequency, area and preferred date express interests only. A real provider must agree the property-specific scope, access, price, preparation, dates and exclusions before a visit.

The checklist stays in current page memory. It does not log work, save a customer record, guarantee a deposit return or establish hygiene/medical outcomes.

Set up the Astro edition

Extract the source ZIP and run these commands from its folder:

npm ci
npm run dev
npm run check
npm run build

The build produces a dist/ folder for static hosting. The source includes its shared template kit under vendor/template-kit, so it builds independently of our development workspace. Astro 7.4.4 and the Astro checker 0.9.12 are pinned; TypeScript 6.0.3 is the latest supported by that checker’s declared peer range.

Before you launch

  • Choose HTML for direct file editing, or Astro for shared layouts and source-driven content.
  • Replace cleaning scopes, actual operating area, visit/access details, exclusions, contact information and terms with accurate business facts. Do not describe illustrative interiors as completed cleaning work.
  • Edit six services, frequencies, five room groups and six sample areas in src/site.ts. Keep Contact values aligned. Test category/area controls, whole-list clear, full-room print, preselection and future dates.
  • Replace imagery with licensed content. Keep responsive variants, intrinsic dimensions, alt text and ASSETS.md credits aligned.
  • Set PUBLIC_SITE_URL to the real domain/folder URL with a trailing slash for canonical/social metadata, robots.txt and a 8-page sitemap. Leave PUBLIC_PREVIEW unset for production.
  • Upload the entire HTML folder or Astro dist/. Configure unknown paths to return 404.html with HTTP 404. Test enquiries or configure a separately tested delivery route if direct sending is required.

A static cleaning website without live availability, postcode eligibility, instant estimate, payment, booking, property record, medical or specialist remediation claims, deposit-return promise or message-delivery backend.

License and assets

The original template code is released under the included MIT license. It permits personal and commercial use; retain the license notice when redistributing the code. Visible footer attribution is optional.

Interior photographs by Luis Redondo and FlippingBook retain the Unsplash License and do not show Clearwell clients, staff or results. Release verification

The page inventory and screenshots document the included layouts. The HTML and independent Astro editions contain the same design, local assets and license notices. Build, browser and laboratory-audit evidence is kept with the release source. Automated scores do not establish complete accessibility compliance or guarantee performance after customization.

Version 1.0.0, reviewed 30 October 2026. Live preview. Plain HTML checksum. Standalone Astro source checksum. Clearwell Cleaning is fictional. Business details, service arrangements and any stated fees or capacities are illustrative, not verified offers or claims.
