A service to suit your next step.

From a first design conversation to looking after an established garden.

Garden service scopes

01 / A clear plan for your outdoor space.

Garden design & build

Start with the way you want to use the garden. Discuss circulation, places to sit, existing features and the work needed to connect them.

Concept layouts, agreed materials, planting direction and a written scope for the next stage.

02 / A considered layer of colour and texture.

Planting & borders

Review the planting you have, the conditions in each part of the garden and the amount of ongoing care you can manage.

A site-specific planting brief, proposed changes and questions about establishment and aftercare.

Ask about this service
03 / Keep the everyday details in order.

Garden maintenance

Agree a useful list of recurring tasks, the areas to include and how a visit is recorded. One-off tidy-ups and ongoing care have different scopes.

A written task list, visit frequency to discuss, access arrangements and green-waste responsibilities.

Ask about this service

Illustrative service descriptions. An actual contractor must confirm site conditions, competence, permissions, timing, written scope and pricing. This website does not provide estimates or confirm a visit.

Before choosing a service

Know what you want to keep.

A full redesign is only one possibility. You may want to refresh one border, make a route easier to use or agree a routine that keeps an existing garden in order.

Describe the problem as well as the result you imagine. A real site conversation can establish whether design, specialist assessment, one-off work or ongoing maintenance is the appropriate next step.

Plan the conversation
A written scope

Ask before agreeing work.

What should the estimate describe?

Ask for the work areas, materials or allowances, preparation, waste responsibilities, exclusions, relevant checks, proposed stages and how changes are agreed. Prices are not supplied by this template.

Can a maintenance plan include every task?

The scope depends on the garden and the business providing the service. Ask which routine tasks, seasonal reviews, specialist work and waste arrangements are included or excluded.

What happens after planting or construction?

Agree handover information, the responsibilities for establishment and ongoing care, and a route for follow-up questions before the work begins.
