A place to gather. A day to remember.[email protected]

A house for a gathering.

A fictional country-house venue, designed around the moments that bring people together.

The setting

Begin with the place.
Make it your own.

A venue should help the day make sense. Somewhere to welcome guests, somewhere to mark the occasion and somewhere to sit down together.

The Ashcombe concept uses three distinct spaces to show how a real venue can explain its offer. The room names, sample layouts and arrangements are illustrative and should be replaced with verified information.

A considered plan

What to establish early.

The spaces

Confirm which rooms, outdoor areas and setup periods are included. Ask where each part of the celebration will happen and what changes if the weather turns.

The people

Discuss guest numbers, access requirements and supplier responsibilities. Agree the routes and timings for deliveries, arrival and departure.

The agreement

Review the actual hire terms, inclusions, charges and payment stages. A viewing is a useful conversation, rather than a reservation.

An honest picture

Use photography to explain the setting.

The licensed images here show different real locations. They establish a visual direction for this fictional design, rather than a measured record of one property. A real venue should publish its own rooms, routes and layouts with accurate captions.
